Best of the Wild Coast 5-day Tour

Day 1

Arrive at Morgan Bay at 8AM and have a quick meet and greet. After a quick rider briefing, we
board the pont and cross the mighty Kei River. We then head off in an easterly direction with a few
stopovers along the route. We then head off for our first nights’ accommodation at Kob Inn.

Day 2

We make our way slightly inland and head to Shixini Point with its breath-taking views. We
then head of to Fyfe King bridge, our crossing point of the Mbashe river. A truly beautiful part of the
Transkei. We then head back down to the coast for our overnight stop at White Clay Resort, Coffee
Bay.

Day 3

We head to Coffee Bay for a quick refuel and make our way to Mbotyi via Mthatha River and
Hluleka. Then on to Mpande and cross the Sinangwana river and head inland to the R61 and on to
Port St Johns. Cross the Umsimvubu river and head to Lusikisiki and turn right to the Magwa Tea
Plantation and head to Mbotyi River Lodge, our overnight accommodation.

Day 4

After a leisurely breakfast we head off to the Magwa Tea Plantation to take in the magnificent
sights of the Magwa Falls and Frazer Falls before heading to Port St Johns. After a refuel and some
sight-seeing we head of along the coast to The Haven at the mouth of the mighty Mbashe River.

Day 5

We depart from The Haven and head inland to the Fyfe King Bridge on the Mbashe River, the
only crossing point of this mighty river. We wind our way back towards the coast and head for
Centane, Trennerys and finally Kei Mouth where we board the Pont once again for the final leg of
our journey to Outspan Safaris on the banks of the mighty Kei River.
